Where is the best place on the net? or where have you or someone you know bought this type of equpment? I know about google... and found some nice prices... but I want to find a "real" place and not a scammer site.

The best place on the next? Well if that's what you're looking for I recommend PDXUSA's new surveillance system. Trusted worldwide to protect the freedom of America, PDXUSA is used in such places as Guantanamo Bay and the Canadian Border to detect evildoers. It's pretty high end but if you need the best there's no other option really.
