Verizon Cellphone Lookup

I'm trying to find out to whom a certain cell phone number belongs. I have searched several things online and have determined that it is a Verizon cell phone but at that point I get stuck. I have spoofed the number to show on my caller ID but all I get is a city/state in the name.

Anyone have any other ideas for finding out who this number belongs to?

I dont know if its just in certain areas but Verizon cell phones don't show up on the caller ID at all, they just say "New York Call" and soon when I move I'm guessing they will say "Virginia Call"...
