John Hargrave of comedy site Zug.com tracked down the personal info of Verizon's CEO, then showed up with a bullhorn to illustrate what a lack of privacy feels like. "Ivan Seidenberg! I'm here on behalf of Verizon customers. PLEASE DO A BETTER JOB PROTECTING YOUR CUSTOMERS' CELL PHONE RECORDS! Everyone has the right to privacy, including you Ivan! When we don't have privacy, then freaks with bullhorns start showing up on our front lawn."

So someone drives to a Verizon Wireless employee's (CEO's) house and attempts to talk to him... with a bullhorn!  This somehow reminds me of something but I just can't quite put my finger on it... I wonder if the CEO was a Federal witness to something.  That would just make my day.

I thought of that too, Royal, when I saw this on Fark yesterday.  Too bad the guy pussied out so quickly or maybe he'd have had the cops called on him.  The "prank" was unfunny and a failure.  I don't get why everyone is posting about it.

Bad editing and nothing to prove that was the real CEO's house. He should have just posted the guys personal information everywhere.

It wasn't really that funny, though had that been proven to be the Verizon Wireless CEO, it would have been slightly more entertaining.  Should he end up on some kind of absurd federal charges, that will stir up some perfect and timely controversy.
