Social engineering not working for me?

I was trying to get into a persons sprint account online so i could see their text messaging history for a friend (long story) but anyway i get from sprint the cell phone she uses is a company phone and the company is energy solutions. The problem is when i called them to get her sprint id they didnt seem to have any record of her or her phone number in their sprint account. Why do you think that is? And is there any other way to get into this girls sprint account? (ps i tried calling her and saying i was from sprint... but she didnt seem to buy it... she hung up almost right away)

You'll have a hard time getting any cell company to read you text messaging history on an account.  I don't think reps even have access to the actual text in a message.  They can only see which numbers texts were sent to.  Sprint also uses a PIN to access accounts and reps seem trained very well to not say a word until you can give them that PIN.  Most cell phone carriers have a policy now of never reading tolls or other information from an account.  They tell you to log into your account from the internet.  It used to be super easy to get lists of phone numbers from a person's account, but not so much anymore.  It's also very illegal these days.  I would suggest just finding a girlfriend that you can trust instead.

No i was doing it for a girl i want to be my girl friend. But i did get info from sprint... It just all seems to be wrong. Im not sure what i did wrong... Unless i was given a wrong number. The one i was originally given, lets say was 801 657 0908, isnt a valid number... but when i changed it to 0809 its a working number with the name of a girl very similar to the nickname we were given... Is there anywhere i can go from here to get into this girls sprint account online?
