Ever notice those TV and radio PSAs "brought to you by blah blah blah and the Ad Council?" I say we should make a website for a fake organization called the Cacti Foundation and contact the Ad Council to see about putting out a nationwide PSA about the conservation of Cacti and the massive environmental damage caused by disturbing Cacti. If we could scrape up enough money to do this, it'd be one of the most noted pranks ever performed.
