I've been a lurker here for several years, and after reading this I decided to create a profile.

I'm currently studying American Sign Language and there was a funny story that our instructor told us not too long ago. She used to be a relay operator, and she told us about the various times she was made to relay phone sex calls between people. She'd tell us how disturbing some of it was, and how it happened so much that she got used to it.

When I read this here tonight I belted out a hearty chuckle. Thank you!
