It is from the 90s, it seems to be some sort of corporate training video about social engineering. It's very cheesy, the social engineering guy is very 90s looking and talks in a snarky tone. At one point in the video he leans back in his chair and goes to sip his cup (of coffee?) as he has just successfully social engineered one of their workers.
