I'm pretty sure that it won't. The freq range on that seems quite limited. I don't know what freqs fast food drive throughs work on though.

i guess i`ll just buy it and try it.  rat shack has a nice return policy :)  it's actually on sale for only 50 dollars right now too...

oh, my names doug. listen could you point me in the right direction i seem to only find old files that dont make any sense about the subject.  I used to be friends with a guy on efnet named "professor" but someone else took his nick and.. well efnet is like that. thanks - trev

i got an old radio that works for it, i pick up all the fast food spots. I got six or seven in like two blocks i will posted its model number in a few. there cheap at pawn shops.
