I found out about this site (http://www.sonopia.com/) where anyone can make a sort-of cell phone service. Maybe RBCP should make a PLA Mobile.

I saw that earlier today.  I spent about 2 minutes trying to understand what the hell it was, then gave up.  I'm not smart enough to start my own.
