I've got some audio of a certian person managing to disable a random persons telephone account.

Should I put it up here?

I would've done it already, except that the victims phone number is said a few times and i'm not cool enough to be able to put a funny sound over the numbers. 

Should I do it?

The audio below is just the certian person calling the victim for the fist time after finding a list of mobile phone numbers stupidly written by these people themselves on a global facebook group.

My logic was- if these guys are dumb enough to put their numbers there, then they don't deserve the right to have them anymore.

I'm okay with it being posted.  It'd be nice if you could bleep out their personal info, but whatever.  At least the people can't find themselves on Google with it.  It sort of breaks one of the rules about non posting blatantly illegal things you're doing.  So I hope it doesn't inspire everyone else to start posting similar files.
