Up-to-date articles?
« on: August 26, 2007, 06:58:59 PM »
Forgive me if this is the incorrect forum to be asking such questions. Where can I find up-to-date articles that teach me more about phreaking and how the telephone works.  I am tired of reading posts like this (http://www.phonelosers.org/forums/index.php?topic=2009.0) and not being able to understand them... :) I'm a newbie when it comes to the telephone.

Some good places to start:
wikipedia
http://entropia.de/wiki/Phreaking-FAQ
http://www.stromcarlson.com/docs/
http://www.artofhacking.com/tucops/phreak/general/index.htm
http://www.docdroppers.org/wiki/index.php?title=Phreaking
http://yarchive.net/phone/index.html
http://www.textfiles.com/phreak/
http://www.geocities.com/stsimons_99/glossary.html

Not all of those are up to date, though. I highly recommend the entropia link and strom carlson's doccuments. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me, but I might not be able to answer them. Good luck.
