AT&T Transfer numbers to specific departments

These numbers were used for customers in California and Nevada, and will usually provide direct access to the appropriate queue bypassing the automated system bringing you to a rep in the appropriate department. These numbers are not provided to the customers but are specifically for transferring customers to.

New Connect, Supercedures, Move Orders, F&T, Additional Lines: 304-746-4307
Disconnect of Access Line: 858-974-3299
SORD Required: 304-746-4337
Save/Retention for ADL's and Dial-up and HSI service: 858-974-3299
HSI Tech Support/Repair: 888-722-9337 (the three digit transfer code is 896 for English and 876 for Espanol) (this number IS given out, however reps tend to forget to mention the transfer code)

Not bad, this might come in useful on the bridge some day if people are willing to go on before 8.
