The reason there is no talking is because with tweekers it makes their minds even more nuts when they don't hear a voice
They will eventually call you every name of every person they have ever meet thinking that's it them making the calls. If you talk and they don't think they know you then the fun could end pretty much at that point. Don't talk and it keeps the tweeker and the calls more crazy.
Ah, it's just so much fun sometimes!
