Phone harassment recovers stolen car
« on: April 18, 2009, 08:31:10 AM »
Woman leaves engine running in car(with cell inside). Kid makes off with it. Instead of reporting the cell stolen, she tracks the calls the thief makes with it. Harasses everyone he calls until she gets the car back. Behold the power of harassment. At one point, the woman makes 38 calls to one number and the recipient gets all bitchy about it.

A sentimental CAR??  I hate these people.

I hate the people that drive pathfinders or other vehicles with 10 miles to the gallon across the country.

Many cities now declare it illegal to leave your car running when you pop into the store for a quick grocery run. Makes sense.

The beauty in the article is that she took actions instead of just leaving it up to the police to not get her car back. No impoint lot, no sitting & hoping. Nope, she got all creative with it.

If I went on a cross-country trip, I would pay the extra $ in gas money for something with room, ie not my MINI.

I don't think there is anything wrong with room, but I don't see the point of so much.
