Also, I have a question: They've recently installed a few of these roadsigns on the Interstate near my city. But these ones are really huge; you have to climb a safety ladder just to reach them. So does anyone know if these can be hacked as easily as the 'construction site' ones?

Are you talking about the ones that are on permanent poles over the highway?  I always assumed those were controlled remotely somehow, maybe by the state police or the DOT since I've seen messages up there related to traffic conditions.

Yeah, they're on permanent poles. But all of them have the same message: MCDOT SIGN UNDER TEST. And that's all they've said for months now.
