Yo PLA crew, i found your print out section on your .org site and decided to give it a shot. Today, i have 300 copies of the cactus coupon that i'm putting on peoples cars. 10 of the yard sale signs, and 5 of the weight loss signs. Media PA is getting cactusized!

You should have seen the looks people gave me when they saw these and then saw me putting them up later. The best i didn't manage to capture. I put a weight loss flyer on the board at starbucks. As i put it up a lady was reading it. WHen i left i caught her look after she read it. It was hilarious! THe only weight loss flyer i snapped a photo of was at wawa.
Stats:
200/275 phone losers free cactus put on cars
10/10 yard sale signs put on telephone poles
2/5 weight loss ads put on bulletin boards.

NEW INFO:
Apparently the wawa and starbucks weren't happy. The flyers i put there are down. I might go out and put more flyers on cars but i feel no urgency. The yarrd sale flyers are all still up.

The flyers under the headlight wipers was the best.  Thanks for your efforts!  I'll let you know if I get any angry emails from people who don't like their cars touched.

Ya, that was a saab so i was nervous to touch it. I think about 3 car alarms had gone off in my face already My own mediocre attempt at humor has been highly amusing to myself..I actually looked at some of the cars that were in front of houses that i put the flyers on today. There was a nissan van that i put two flyers on, one on the front wiper one on the back. The one on the back was still there. They got the front but not the back .

I did something similar to this today.  I had printed off a bunch of the cactus coupons a while back, and never got around to distributing them, then found them in my desk a few days ago.  I went to the Borders in the mall around here and slipped them into books, magazines, etc.

I plan on doing this again soon, along with putting up a few of the weight loss signs, and I'm very tempted to put up a few of the baby smasher signs in a babies-r-us or something of the like.  I'll try to get a friend to snag pictures of the shenanigans when I do them for proof.
