He's writing in response to an old usenet prank where I told everyone I was going to sell them discounted digital copies of 2600.  Kind of weird that he would care about his response 13 years later.  I wrote him back:

After you called me an idiot??  Yeah right, fuck that.  I've had to live with your verbal abuse for 13 years now you want a favor.  Maybe if you'll pay for all my counseling bills I'll be a little more forgiving.

Well I am sad that you have been in such distress over the last 13 years.  How much counseling have you gone through?  That sounds like it could be a lot of money.  The sad thing is that i think you might have been in distress for 13 years for no reason but failing english class.  You see i stated "being an idiot will not get you fame or respect " this is not stating YOU are an idiot but "being" or acting like.

Perhaps you can let the bottled up grief go and finally move on with life.
