Try handscanning exchanges with known voice bridges/chatlines on them, you might get lucky. The kind of bridges RBCP mentioned are few and far between now, but you might get lucky and find one.

You can't find out the numbers of the incoming callers, but the phone company, feds, police, et. al. have access to that.

If you need a con w/o  having to enter a pin or anything in you can start in the 218-339-80xx range. Don't do it with 8070 but there's other open con lines in that range. between 8000 and 8099
