I have been searching in earnest for a solution to the above for some time. Services such as flowroute go to all sorts of procedures to verify identity, including wishing copies of gov issued photo ID.
Here would be my requirements:
-company not located in USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, UK, etc.
-SIP termination for international calls (will be used with asterisk)
-ability to register an account to a name/address without detailed identity verification
-ability to pay with prepaid visa, paypal, or suitable alternative
I suspect that such services are available if one knows where to look. I suspect some more relaxed foreign jurisdictions would be happy to oblige.
All I am looking for is a suitable SIP provider who isn't bound by regulations for new account opening comparable to a financial institution. I have tried and failed to find such a friendly provider - does anyone know of one? Panama, one of the 'guays, India, Thailand, Singapore?
