Pay for skype

Im really confused about skype...if i want to be able to have unlimited calls with a number do i need to buy the skype number and get a subscription?  Or can i just get premium and people can call me back..  Really confused

Look into Skype Prepaid cards. You can get them at wal-mart, target, amazon and a million other places that way you don't have to put your CC into skype. I haven't used the prepaid cards to buy a phone number but I'm pretty sure you can they're basically gift cards for skype.
