I'm getting odd caller ID results when calling T-Mobile cell phones occasionally.  Say my CND is 212-555-1212, but the actual phone number is 212-444-2121.  Sometimes calling a T-Mobile cell, the actual number is displayed on the cell's caller ID.  Incidentally, even when privacy is enabled, the actual phone number is still displayed.  Some sort of h@xd?  Anyone know if T-Mobile displays ANI in some areas?  Is that even possible?

This occurs when calling some (not all) T-Mobile cell phones from a PRI leased through a LEC.  Not positive who actually owns the network, but I think it is AT&T because when they have switching problems, so do we. 

Somehow the cell phone is displaying the charged number rather than the CLID and in some cases displaying it even when there is a privacy flag in place.  Further testing, using an AT&T calling card passes the charged number through to the cell phone rather than the CLID.
