You should submit that to jinx.com.  I think they give some kind of prize for cool designs.

I've purchased a cafepress shirt before.  The quality sucks. Hey if Jinx turns you down, let me know.  Maybe I can get it printed.

   this would be easier to print.  I don;t think you can get sued for this, i see loads of shirts all the time that rip stuff off from companies that would NEVER license their logos and stuff for spoofs, like WB, UPS, AOL, etc etc... here's anothe one, i like this one a lot too:
