Want your own forum?

So I was thinking...I should give everyone here their very own section.  They could mod it themselves and tell me which kind of access to put on it.  You could name it anything you want.  Like Raptor's Retarded Reviews or Mr. Peanut's Big House of Gay.  And I'll stick them all on the bottom of the forums in their own section.  And if you don't want to view them, you can just close off that section of the forums.  Does anyone want a forum?

How about if I say that anyone who wants their own section has to have been an active member for at least 3 months.  And their section should contain their name in some way, just so we know who it belongs to.  I could also set it up so the posts don't show up on phonelosers.org, just so whatever out-of-control silliness is going on in the user forums doesn't affect our ability to read normal posts.

How illegal does something have to be to be considered "illegal"?  Might defeat the existence of my desired board.

What did you have in mind?  I think posting passwords, phone numbers, dialup numbers to hack, credit card fraud, etc is a bad idea.  Also, posting about illegal things that you're currently doing.  I'd just hate to get a call from some authority somewhere, demanding an IP address for something illegal that was posted.  Because I'm a jerk and would probably comply with them.
