A number?

This number keeps on coming up on my CID when I'm not around my phone, but when I call it back during the day it's a busy signal all day. I call it at night it just rings. I tried to do several reverse lookups on the number and nothing comes up. Anybody got any ideas on finding out who it is. I'm pretty sure it's either a business or a debt collector. PM me for the number since it's probably not a good idea to post numbers on here.

Try googling the number.  If all else fails, answer it at some time where you wouldn't be bothered to have it ring at every day (they tend to call according to when you answer) and ask the person on the other end what company they're with.  Also, debt collectors never stop calling no matter what.  You'll have to change your number in that case.

If it's a telemarketer... http://donotcall.gov/ and the calls will stop within a week or so.
