Let me tell you about this person before I ask what I want to do.
An 18 year old bi-sexual party girl became my roommate, before you say I'm lucky read on.
About half way into our lease she decides she doesn't want to pay anymore because I stopped being stupid and became one less person to provide her alcohol. So she thinks of issuing a restraining order against me.
First she serves it on the minimum day in advance (24 hours, which assumes I would react violently to being served) and does things like turning off the fridge and replacing my dandruff shampoo with water. She has backed out of multiple agreements and is a leech off of her gf.
It has left me with a $450 with my lawyer and another $350 for the last month of the lease she didn't pay. I have thrown this around with ppl I know and there is a common consensus that if I do take her to court she probably won't show up and it would be a pain in the arse to keep her to pay since I would have to know which job she would be working at to have it docked. I mean I can pretext acting like a job asking about her work history to find out, but the paperwork to have payments docked would be tough.
So I devised a plan so evil soo naughty soo vindictive I needed to throw it past the PLA forum.
I was thinking instead of dishing out $100, why not have ppl text her from around the country and run the phone bill up. Or just phone bomb her. Although the only problem is that it is in her GF's name and wouldn't directly affect her since she uses a second line and thats it BUT it would make it hard on her no doubt.
What do you guys think? Are there any other ways that are better then this I could go about it without being tied directly enough to have the po po coming after me?
