Alton IL folks?

I know RBCP was living around here at one point, dunno about the rest of you guys, but what is there to do around here?

I've walked around the mall a dozen times and still only spent 15 minutes in it.  I've been to Hartford on a non-windy day.  Spent my fair share of time at Wal-Mart at 4am.  And, driven up and down hills until my brakes wore out...

Most interesting thing I've done here so far is walk around the big cemetery at 3am with some friends.  Spooky at night.

Just looking for something neat or whatever that isn't maybe well known or possibly overlooked.

PLA Pilgrimage?  Nope, no pilgrimage, setting roots, though.  Living down by Schnucks and White Castle for those who know the area.

Where's the town's square?  I can probably find a cactus at one of the thousand flower shops around here.

7-11?  What's that, My own mediocre attempt at humor has been highly amusing to myself..
