The perfect society is one that is level. Checks and balances are good, there should always be opposition. Isn't communism a society controlled by the government. I seem to remember fascism as a socialism for the people. Provoking the people to make a change and new world order is Fascism. People marching in the streets demanding change is fascism! Dark society with molded subjects and led by a war machine is Communism. A happy inter median is somewhere between total Communism and total anarchy. If anyone thinks we live in a communist country they need to be slapped. I for sure am able to say fuck you to my boss and find a new job if at any time I feel I'm being owned. I believe we live in a capitalist country. The founders set laws to protect their investments, by giving the people a choice. If you don't want your every move recorded it's not the FBI you have to worry about it's the media. There is no regard to privacy once the media has an interest in your name. With the government you have a choice not to show up at the DMV for a license, you don't need to register to vote, if you want to disappear off the books there's nothing stopping you from going out into the wilderness. As soon as the media gets a hold of your story there will be reporters at the door of your cave, snapping pictures of the wilderness man who was afraid of the government gathering too much information about his life. The media has a right to violate your rights. They also have the right to report corruption and scandals. It's part of the median country we live in.
