I'm sorry, but I find this hilarious. In NY, there is a 'modeling agency' for ugly people. As far as I can tell, it's really just an online gallery of photos that they took for people to make fun of, but who knows. I tried checking out the site index, but it says I need Flash (which I have) and doesn't do anything else. There's no alternate content that I can find, so, here it is:

I didn't even think to look up the models. That makes things EVEN BETTER!

I'm wondering now if this is the actual modeling service (since most of the models seem to be in the same/similar backdrop) or if this is just some guys from NY who went around collecting images. Either way, it's one of my new favorite sites!

I know a few of those people up there. Crazy.

Edit: I'd like to take this time to say that most modeling 'agencies' are pure fucking unadulterated scambait bullshit. Most models throw down crazy amounts of money for 'representation', getting their picture taken and getting comp cards printed up, usually at like 10x the going rate for having such things done by yourself. I saw a piece on ABC News about this Ugly NYC place, my boyfriend and I recognized about three people we knew from coming and getting pictures taken or comp cards printed off. It's crazy how much these ugly people will spend to get a moment in the spotlight. Sickening, actually.

They need ugly people for movies and tv and 'before' pictures in ads. I haven't looked at this site but I can see how there would be a need for an ugly people modeling agency.

i typed in http://uglyny.com/index.htm and got what looked like more photos on top of the ones from "gallery.htm"
