Decent VOIP?

Can anyone recommend a decent VOIP service? Vonage is not an option (for legal reasons). I've been using a company called VOIP Your Life, but the audio quality sucks big. When I first signed up for VOIP Your Life, I was getting ANI on all inbound calls. That has since stopped and the line quality has continued to decline over the last few months.
