IP Relay on encyclopedia dramatica

Legend is too lazy to post this, so I will.  He brought to my attention yesterday that the entry for IP Relay is looking entirely too empty.  Here's what it looks like now:

i heard a phone mob recording (i'm pretty sure from the PLA Radio episode) where the relay operator just started her "this is relay operator number 1234 have you used relay service before" and they just said "no thank you" and hung up on her. or maybe it was someone pretending to be a relay op? either way, it didn't go so well.

yeah, that was definitely on PLA Radio.

someone [nova, i think] tried to use relay on the KSOO mob a few weeks ago too, and they never even let the relay go as far as being on hold.

I've never called a radio show using IP relay, but I have been on a radio show while someone called in using IP relay.

It was a call-in trivia panel show, and the main host felt compelled to take the entire call even while he fumed with anger. I could barely contain my laughter.
