CB radio hack

I have an old hand held CB radio that I have never picked up a channel with someone else on it ever, and was wondering is there any hacks or something that i can do with it, other than the "drive through frequency hack" involving a toaster.

In short...no.
If it was a base unit than possibly...but not a handheld.
