Grand Central Station?

There's weird phenomenon in there called the Whispering Walls. You stand facing the wall on one side of the hallway and another person faces the other wall. You 2 can talk softly and hear each other over the noisy crowds.

I think this has potential for some fun pranks.

I wish. This was in Penn Station. Mostly known as NYC's dirty basement where we keep people going to Long Island or Jersey.

That bug is the only thing Mellokira's ever done that I've liked!  I was sort of fooled by it the first time.  I thought it might be fake, but I scrolled the screen up and down just to be sure.
