I have a "friend" (cue porn music) that is three hours away from DC but I dunno is she could hold me there for three days. I may either have to bunk with someone or just bring my Ultra-Pocket and sleep in the lobby with Brad and non-Brad.

Oh I think I will go down there, getting in is the hassle because I am not going to buy tickets. Big money comes in 2010 for me.

I'm still considering not even buying a Shmoocon ticket.  You can still hang around the hotel, there will just be areas that you can't go into.  Unless maybe it's easy to sneak by the checkers.  By Sunday maybe the checkers won't even care anymore.  I bet other PLA people will loan you a badge for an hour or two to check out some things.  Maybe badge holders could even rent their badges to us lower class people who can't afford badges.  I'd give someone $20 to run around the con with their badge for an hour.

Same with the hotel rooms.  You'll find a floor to sleep on.  Do you really want to spend $200/night just to sleep for maybe 8 hours?  That's an expensive sleep.  Give someone with a room $20 or $40 for a floor for the night.  Then use your $180 you saved the next day on booze, swag and hookers.

nah, DC sucks.  he should build a jet pack or something, do the travel himself. <3  sure, the up front would be more than eight hundred bucks, but the return would be priceless!  ;-)

I won't confirm or deny my existence at Shmoocon. I'm currently in pending for a lawsuit versus the county police. I've got cash monies coming and those will get me to Shmoocon and any other con for that matter.
