I was thinking that a person (or persons) could get a port a potty, paint it, and then get some flags and park that puppy on a road and act as Customs. One area could be on US 13 where MD meets VA. "Confederate Customs". Get out and stop cars and then when asked just say " We technically didn't lose the Civil War"......
I think someone pulled a similar stunt.....they made a sign that said in big letters: DELAWARE CLOSED! Cars screeched to a halt and people asked if it would open again...........
