This is simple I got it off of Home Alone. Get into a crowded elevator of a tall building. Before getting off at the first stop push all of the elevator buttons so that everyone else in the elevator has to stop at every floor before they get to their destination. WARNING: I have been pursued by security for this once.

Another thing you can do is take the elevator to the highest floor, hit the "off" switch and then leave it.  Some off switches will buzz, so people will notice.  But a lot of them are silent and regular people will have no idea how to get the elevators started again.  Do this will all their elevators, then hang out in the lobby and watch everyone become increasingly frustrated.
