That book doesn't look that bad, even though some of the chapters come across as obvious "Duuhhhs".

I used to try shoulder surfing at pay phones in airports, but it was too difficult.  They would punch in their calling cards too fast and would always be covering part of the keypad with their hand.  I guess it takes more patience that I was willing to give. 

I did grab a few calling cards from people loudly stating them to the operators though.
