All-the-way removed, like theres just an empty space where the phone used to be? Couldn't they just turn off incoming calls?

Sorry Everyone, as of earlier last week, the pay phone was removed. It was never a profit deal, but after 3 weeks of nonstop calling from the PLA, our business manager and office staff decided to have it taken out.

The payphones I found at the colleges and grocery stores are still there.
