You're not going to pique anyone's interest in a phone mob by not telling them what it's about. 

The point of phone mobs is so that we can listen to the reaction of the victims.  I'm not sure how calling Comcast a lot will accomplish that.  It sounds like this might be more like a prank call than a phone mob.

Working in a call center sucks enough. Getting hung up on just puts the CSR back in to availability for another 15 minutes or so. I loved hang up calls.
