She probably just hid it from as many people as she could. I can't remember exactly but I think if you make a facebook in her "network" you should still be able to see basic info about her. So make a facebook for someone in Columbia, SC and it (might) let you see her. I seem to recall that you also can't hide your profile from friends of friends, so if you friend one of her friends (if someone managed to get a friends list saved for no apparent reason) you could see it again
