Fake id's ????

Hey everyone, hope this isn’t a banned discussion but I was wondering if what people knew about making fake id’s in the usa. I know that it’s a very cliché topic, but I felt it had a lot to do with hacking and social engineering in many ways.

From what I’ve heard most sites online are nothing but scams. So I guess the best way to go about getting one would be to make it.

Please share any info you know about this subject.

There was an article in the Anarchist's Cookbook about becoming another person, but of course the Cookbook was written a while ago. Still a good idea to read for background knowledge. Whether or not you can follow it step-by-step, it will be the foundation for pseudo-IDing today.

Unless you're just talking about changing the 16 on your driver's license to 21, then the cheapest thing to do is ask around school for someone who has the stuff to do it. If you really want, you can foot the few-thousand dollar bill for the equipment.

Dont you mean you live nowhere near there.  Do kids not learn grammar any more?  Im sure you can find places to get a fake made online but then you could find yourself in jail fast.  Your best bet is to learn how to do it yourself or go to the nearest college and ask around.

Haha don’t be so anal about grammar man it not that big of a deal. Their is a lot more these days to worry about.

Anyway if any of you have any advice on making id’s I’d really appreciate it. As I guess that seem to be the best path about now.

You are correct when you say that there is a lot more these days to worry about.  But the first step to fighting for anything is education.

Hey trumpet, answer some questions for us!  Just for curiousity's sake.

What laws are there with your ID selling business?  Like, are there certain states that you can't sell in?  Do your IDs have to state on them that they're fakes?

What kind of equipment do you use to produce your IDs?  Ink jet printing?  Laser?  Something else?

Hey rbcp, thank you for you inquisitive response. Its so much more welcoming rather than just the typical guy screaming scammer. I currently don’t have a website and don’t plan to for awhile. I’m currently attempting to pay off some school loans and decided I’d get a little help from an art I learn in college.

As far as laws go on id’s I’m not the most familiar with them, as they are still a little blurry. Its current belief between many that if it does say novelty id or doesn’t use state seals and state property logos, that it is perfectly fine. Though their have been busts with public id stores where they sold these forms of identification.

My id’s do not say novelty on them and are more realistic than any other than anything I’ve seen on the internet before (not to brag).

Anyway as far as how I make them, I’d much rather prefer to keep this type of information a little bit more private. If you have any questions for me though I’d gladly share this info through email. Rather than just posting it.

A friend of mine made some pretty kickass looking Illinois ID cards last year.  He couldn't take a little time out to make ME one, of course.  He used the state logos and the black light ink and everything.  They were beautiful.

A few times, back in the 90's when I worked at various convenience stores, they would give us training on how to spot fake IDs.  In one class, the lady said that a good place to get the IDs was at a flea market.  She also said that the law stated that those places could sell fake IDs, as long as they were for a state other than Texas.  (We were in Texas at the time.)  So I guess you're not supposed to sell fake IDs representing the state that you live in.  This was back in '95, though, so laws could be different now.

What a lot of people don’t understand is that you can use another states id in your state. In fact its much better to do so, because no fake id is perfect and everyday these people at bars handle that states id any small slight difference and they’ll notice it right off the bat. While another states id they wouldn’t notice it.
   Another misconception is these sites that sell all state id’s. its almost impossible for someone to remake all the stats id’s. Some id’s with certain holograms and security features take equipment that would cost ten’s thousands.

You immediately email me expecting me to contact you in a few seconds and are extremely disrespectful by trying to bargain with me offering $50 for one of my id‘s.

So then you come back to the forum and call me a fed by quoting me

Just because I wouldn’t sell you an id??? Wouldn’t a fed not care how much I sold an id for ??

Why would a fed want to catch little kids trying to buy beer anyway ??   

Grow up little kid just because you can’t have your way doesn’t mean you have to throw a tantrum.
