It aint the PLA anymore

Take a look at alt.phonelosers. Observe that there is nothing related to the PLA on it. It doesn't really matter though because newsgroups are totally not kewl anymore.

Do people still use newsgroups? A lot of them went abandoned because of the large amounts of spam. I remember when alt.shenanigans had more prank related posts than a cactus has pricks. Now it's a wasteland of spam.

alt.phonelosers always had spam on it, even in the 90's.  It was never a good place for us to talk on.
