So you're saying that somebody on the internet is stealing content?  Oh the humanity!!

I really don't see why anyone cares.  Tons of sites steal their content.  Even though Ebaum's steals their content, they still do a service to us all by organizing it all into one place.  Kind of like Fark, organizing all of our news stories into one place.  Good for them if they're able to sell some ads and make money at it.  Who cares if the guy that runs it is a dick.  That doesn't change anything about the site.  If Ebaums disappeared, everyone would just flock to some other site which is exactly the same as Ebaums.

Y'know RBCP, if they just hosted the Flash files/mp3s on their page, I would be cool with what they're doing, but they go out of their way to edit the MP3 id3 tags, and edit the copyright notcies oout of the Flash movies...and that's just wrong.

I heard Mr.Bergis somewhere else first then saw at @ EBaumsworld... the online homemade stuff they post doesn't really bother me but I get mad when they take something from an underground DVD or something that really wasn't meant to be a free internet clip in the first place.  (Bumfights, etc.)
Usually I might have something "new + indie" but after a few months or so I'll see it there; which means it's out to the masses...
As far as I know it's the biggest site of its kind, yes?

Yes, it is the biggest media portal. It is also the biggest stealing site (not counting torrnt trackers).

Y'know I'm actually surprised at the placid response to this, I mean, after reading this I'd expect that if eBaum's stole PLA material you'd all just roll over! I mean, I DON'T EXPECT you to do anything about the problem (because that wpuld be retarded and besides this isn't the right forum to ask anyway, and there's nothing we really CAN do) but you all could have leat said "Damn, that's fucked up or something"... Have we all been on the mellow leaf or something?

We could do what the people at ytmnd did to him if he stole PLA content... that seemed to work out REAL good, what with lawsuits being threatened/filed and all.

Maybe we could do a pre-emtive strike:  Make some great pranks to Eric Baumann and then submit them to him as "content."
