A different kind of Red box?

like, zOMG! I was walking through the grocery store, when I come across this ugly looking red vending machine labled "redbox"
So Im like "WTF, isn't that a trademark of teh PLA or something?" 

I thought this was a red box...



untill I saw this:



all I know, is that I want to hack it.

Maby rent movies with a "prepaid" or "gift" cc, and then take them and spend the rest of the cash in the store that day?

Those redbox movie rental things have been around for quite a while.  McDonalds use to have them in some of their resturants.

In fact, that "grocery store" looks suspiciously like a McDonalds...

I've seen these things in McDonalds before.  Don't know why I never snapped some pictures of one.

I'm guessing a prepaid or gift cc won't work. The first number has to be either a 4 or a 5. I don't remember which. Apparently that's why you can't use them for online gambline.

they take CC#. I always wanted to try with a gift credit card, but I've heard they can be rejected if they don't match a particular address.

Get a Simon Visa Giftcard.   You buy them at the mall, register all your info online, I think you can even use fake info, and use it like a regular visa.  I had a friend get one and use it to get netfix.
It works more like a debit card.  If you have 20 bucks on it, and spend 20 at a store, sometimes it can take a little bit for it to be taken off the card.  So altho you spent your 20 you can then go use it really quickly at another place and buy 20 more dollars worth of stuff before it catches up.  ITs good to use fake info for that tho, because they will try to bill you for it. OMG giftcard HAX!

OHH also,  when you buy the giftcard, use cash if you plan on doing anything naughty with it.
