Revenge....google ad style

Greetings all, I have a question and possible request. I recently found out my old boss, who is a complete douche ( and french ) is using Google Ad words to promote his new company. From what I have read about Google Ad words it seems he has to pay a certain amount every time someone clicks on his link from the Ad above the search results. Does anyone know if this is in fact true? If it is my request would be for who ever is bored go to Google and type in "PTA Welding" , their ad is usually right at the top in the light yellow box above the search results, and visit his site from this link as much as possible. The site name is www.ptamaterials.com .

I know that he had to agree to pay x cents per click, and the more he offered the higher his results would be for the keyword... what I am not sure on is if I can keep searching 50 times and run up a bill or is it by IP address and only within a certain specified amount of time. Does anyone else know about this?

BTW I clicked the link a few times for ya, but it truth I prolly only cost him $0.05 ... post the google search on FB or somewhere and get people to click... There are too few of us who check the forums anymore...
