I actually don't hate this nearly as much as I have most of the forum changes, I like how the shoutbox is always there.

The only problem I see is that this theme seems to be having a hard time resizing things.

I fixed the scrollbar issue as far as I can tell.  Let me know if anymore problems pop up.  I completely broke the arcade today and I will get around to fixing that soon.

Also, I changed "catch phrase" into "job title" since it seemed like that's what a lot of people were using it for anyway.
