I just put your yellow replacement around the edges to see how it looks.  I don't know about that.

We need a girl to come in here and redecorate.

I really did like the red, it was probably the best looking theme PLA has had for years.

Yeah, you can still do that.  Go to your profile and look under Look and Layouts.  I recommend the Harry Potter theme.

  There was also the option to upgrade to smf 1.1.4 too.

number 1 but the crap color looks like crap

i like this lighter brown a lot.  it's not as jarring at the red.
