Musical instruments
« on: November 07, 2006, 12:48:37 PM »
Anyone play one, or two, or three?

I'm studying viola at the college level, and also play guitar and djembe for fun.

Who else?

I play the piano and electric keyboard. The piano is a stienway upright and the keyboard is a yamaha. I've been trying to find a usb midi adapter for ages, as 4 years ago I was retarted and bought a SERIAL one with no driver.

One of my guitars is an Ibanez, but it's a pretty crappy one. Not the company- the guitar.
Drums are fun, but it's really hard to store a set in an apartment, which is why I got the djembe. It can piss your neighbors off just as much with only a fraction of the size.

I like playing around on the keyboard and with music utilities such as Cakewalk Studio Pro, Reason, Pro Tools, and anything else I can find on bittorrent.  I only recently found out that midi-to-USB cables exist and I've yet to purchase one.  I'm a newb.  And my keyboard has been in storage for a year.

I used to have a Piano, then I tried the bass as well, but I'm not very "talentful" with music stuff, I can sing pretty well though  :P.

I'm holding down the fort with guitar, bass, trumpet, french horn, mellophone, baritone, drums and I'm also a half-assed pianist and a shitty vocalist.
May the forces of evil become confused on the way to your house.
