So, if A and B are true, it may be logical to assume an Argentinian would write a webpage in her native tongue, being more familiar in the vernacular of that area.

.ar meaning Argentina does not make it fair to assume the language of the country. Nowhere in .ar or Argentina is "Spanish is the main language" inherent. It may be true, but that fact cannot be derived from the name of the country. What is the official language of Pakistan, without looking it up?
