if it's there, it there. if it's online and not encrypted/passwd protected - no one breached anything. you didn't exploit anything to get that file, you didn't bruteforce any passwords.  theres no breaking and entering.  No one will get sued, relax.  Besides, passing around files like these is just the eCommunism way of life.
