I really think it's the customer's responsibility to make sure the PIN for their VM box is something not easy to figure out.  That's what I've told my customer when they have mentioned that their VM PIN was left at the default of 1234.  It may sound cruel, but it's something that they could have easily prevented from happening.  But then again...I work for a telco.

A
OMG ... a telco SPY.  :o I hope you work for VeriZon, cause if you do and you have read some of my other posts, you'll know that VeriZon is totally PWNED.... by ME. thefinger

I am not a telco spy.  I dont work for an ILEC like Verizon.  I work for a CLEC.  Trust me....We hate Verizon and other ILECs just as much as you guys :)
So what telco and state do you work in? I actually LIKE VeriZon. Not Because its a RBOC,or if you prefer an ILEC, but because its easy to pwn their VM system and they have been expanding their coverage area, which of course means more people in more areas to PWN.  ;D

Okay so I found an answer machine that if you call past 12 EST they won't answer(it's a business) if you wait awhile after the machine goes you have remote answer machine(you can listen to messages, delete them, change the message) the only bad thing is that it rings for like 30 rings.
